I am not the Juice Man!! lol but its all about the Juice Man


When I see the infomercials I cringe because those guys seem like they are on more than just healthy fresh juices...As a matter of fact it seems as if they're on a high dose of caffeine. Natural products do not have that affect on the body.


The good News is I have no hype at the Juice bar...if you ask for a Carrot/Apple and Orange Juice that is what you get...so when someone asks whats does carrot apple and orange taste like, I respond in kind...it is what it is...it taste like Carrots, apples and oranges.

I do not add water or sugar or sweeteners to the smoothies either....I do use Apple cider and or apple juice (fresh) combinations but I do NOT use fillers, preservatives or anything else that is not considered food.

I am not a dietitian or nutritionists..my skills set is in marketing and image...the showman, the advertising and the look. although I am close to finishing a Doctorate I am not a doctor in the food field. However, most of the knowledge in the products I sell are common knowledge. A carrot is just good for you, as is any whole raw vegetable or fruit. So it does not take rocket science to explain the health benefits. My goal was to make everything taste good. The ALL veggie drinks take some getting used too, but hey, the benefits outweigh the taste, sold hold your nose and drink it down..but its not for everybody..So, my goal was to make a healthy drink that taste good...not too hard, we just add the green veggies to some very fruity mixes...I have had some customers go from totally sweet fruit drinks to mixed fruit and veggie, to total green..it amazing to watch the adjustment in their diet program.

Now lets get this out in the open...I am NOT a vegan, or vegetarian..as matter of fact I love my burgers and steaks...But that is because eat in moderation. Since I enjoy good quality food I try to make sure I know where my food is coming from and how it gets to my plate. I am also into body building so I have a high Calorie intake and a high protein diet to sustain weight gaining. I can also fluctuate my weight up or down 20 pounds during winter and summer with a controlled diet..but I have been doing this for a while.

These days its hard to maintain a solid work out program although I do work out most of the days of the week. I have had a set back because of having to work extra hours at the Juice Bar.
